Kwan Teng is responsible for analyzing and gathering customer requirements, and integrating them into strategies to support adoption and growth of 3D printing in APAC. He often leads presentations and demonstrates various applications to customers. Kwan Teng supports engineers from all 18 UltiMaker Authorised Distributors across APAC with troubleshooting matters, and offering guidance to resolve any issues related to UltiMaker’s eco-system.

Chris is an experienced Technical Support Engineer with a demonstrated history of leading After-Sales Support To Partners in the APACSet and implement best practices for the region, including product and service documentation and small group training. Analyze and clarify customer requests by researching and troubleshooting the existing knowledgebase. Collaborate on root cause analysis.
